Customers are encouraged to verify fitment details before placing an order. Our support team provides fitment assistance based on the vehicle information provided by customers.

To help avoid compatibility issues, customers may be asked to provide:

  • Vehicle make
  • Model
  • Year
  • Engine information
  • VIN number (if required)

Final fitment verification remains the customer’s responsibility before installation.


2. Return Eligibility

Customers may contact NapCarParts regarding returns or order concerns if:

  • Incorrect items were received
  • Products arrived damaged
  • Orders were incomplete
  • Approved return requests apply

Returned items must generally:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original condition
  • Include original packaging
  • Not be installed or modified

Return approval may require product inspection.


3. Non-Returnable Items

8. Order Cancellations
